About Me

I live in East Devon on the stunning Jurassic Coast, where there is abundant inspiration to be found to paint in the ever changing skies and moods of the sea, woods and moorland.

Every day I go out with my dog and connect with the natural world, this then gives me the impetus to paint the light, movement and energy that so inspires me to transmit this to canvas. I often feel such exhilaration from my walks, that when I come back I just have to paint.

So, for me, together with the love of nature, is the love of animals and wildlife. I love trying to capture that spirit and have been successfully painting hares, dogs and sheep for several years.

Art is very much a major part of my life.
