LOSS OR DAMAGE In the event of loss of or damage to your artwork, please contact me immediately so that I can resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that any loss or damage caused in transit is the sole responsibility of the shipping company and bears no representation on Jo Penny Yeaman Art.
RETURNS ELIGIBILITY To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and returned to me within 14 days of your receipt of confirmation of a refund/exchange.
Please do not return your artwork until you have contacted me first.
PARTIAL REFUNDS There may be certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: * An artwork is not in its original condition or is damaged for reasons not due to our error. * An artwork that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
REFUNDS Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your PayPal account, within a reasonable amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of the return of the artwork, first check your PayPal account again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

EXCHANGES Instead of a refund, you may wish to replace an artwork that is not suitable, defective or damaged, with an alternative artwork, subject to any required financial price adjustment. If you wish to exchange your artwork for an alternative artwork, contact me to discuss your requirements.
RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Purchases made via PayPal may be eligible for reclaiming the cost of return shipping from PayPal subject to having activated 'Return Shipping on Us' in their PayPal account and submitting the appropriate claim with PayPal. Please see the terms & conditions of your personal PayPal account for full details.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged artwork to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
In the event of non-receipt of your returned artwork, I will require proof of posting before considering any refund.
